Privacy Policy

Odomio is provided by BADRUX TEKNOLOJI ANONIM SIRKETI. Odomio is an offline-first vehicle maintenance application. Vehicle tracking does not require an account.
Data stored on your device
Odomio stores vehicle details, odometer values, maintenance records, fuel entries, expenses, preferences, reminder state, and attachments in the app's private storage. This information is used to provide the features visible inside the app.
Vehicle records and attachments are not uploaded to advertising or purchase-verification services. Odomio does not request your contacts or precise location and does not include a separate product analytics service.
Advertising and privacy choices
The free version may show Google AdMob banner ads. Odomio checks the applicable privacy-choice status before requesting ads and presents required consent forms through Google's User Messaging Platform. Where required, you can revisit these choices in Settings under Ad privacy choices. Pro disables ad requests and removes banners.
AdMob may process IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers where permitted, diagnostics, and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. Odomio requests non-personalized ads; this does not mean no data is processed. See Google's Privacy Policy and advertising technology information.
Purchases
Apple or Google processes payments for Odomio Pro. Odomio does not receive payment-card details. When Pro purchasing is available, the app sends the product identifier, store receipt or token, transaction identifier, and platform to the configured verification service over HTTPS. Vehicle records and attachments are not included. Purchase restoration may recheck current access, including revocation status.
Paid purchasing remains unavailable when production verification is not configured. Verification data is used only to validate and maintain purchase entitlement and prevent fraud. You may contact us to request information about or deletion of publisher-controlled support and verification records, subject to legal, security, and store transaction requirements.
Device permissions
- Camera and photo access are used only when you choose to attach a receipt, vehicle photo, or service document.
- Notification permission is used only for maintenance and mileage reminders you enable.
- File access begins only when you import, export, save, open, or share a file.
Declining an optional permission does not prevent unrelated app features from working.
Backups, exports, and sharing
Odomio disables automatic cloud backup of its private Android app data. Portable backups and CSV, Excel, PDF, or JSON exports are created only when you request them. A file leaves Odomio only through a destination or sharing action you select. You are responsible for protecting exported copies.
External actions and support
Rate App opens your device's app store. Contact Support opens your email app and includes basic app-version information; Odomio does not automatically attach vehicle data. Information you send is processed by your email provider and by us to answer your request.
Data deletion
Vehicle records stay on your device until you remove them. You can delete individual records, clear all app data from Settings, or uninstall Odomio. Clearing all data also cancels scheduled Odomio notifications and removes app-managed attachments. Exported files must be deleted separately from their saved locations. Website hosting
This information site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process connection and security logs when you visit it. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Children's privacy
Odomio is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children.
Changes
If Odomio's data practices change, this policy and the relevant app-store disclosures will be updated before the changed version is released.
